What
An opera ticket from our own bought-in stock, with a pre-theatre dinner slot in the Kärntner quarter before it. The seat carries its own row and number, because it is a ticket we bought rather than an allocation.

Know before you book

  • Two halves on one booking: an opera ticket from our own bought-in stock, and a pre-theatre dinner slot.
  • The price is fixed in advance and never a sum added up at checkout. Our booking fee is €0.00.
  • A single e-ticket carries the whole evening: table time, walking minutes, doors, and the phone number of a person.
  • If one half cannot be supplied, that half is refunded at its own share of the price — and the split is printed before you pay.
  • Free date change up to 48 hours before, and both halves move together.

Questions guests ask

  • Is a package cheaper than booking the two halves separately?

Usually, and not always — it depends on the hall. The package price is fixed in advance rather than added up at checkout, and our booking fee is €0.00 either way. Where booking separately is cheaper for you, book separately.

  • What happens if one half of the evening cannot be supplied?

That half is refunded at its own share of the price, and the split is printed before you pay rather than worked out afterwards. The rest of the evening stands.

  • What does “connections are on us” actually mean?

If a connection fails because of us — a table that ran late, a carriage that did not arrive — the evening is on us. It does not cover a train you missed or a restaurant you left late.

  • Are our seats together?

In every room that assigns seats inside a category, yes, up to eight people. Not at Schönbrunn, where seating is free on a flat floor, and not on opera evenings, where bought-in seats already carry their row and seat.

  • Can I change the date of a whole package?

Yes, free, up to 48 hours before, and both halves move together. The exact deadline is printed on your order.

  • Why do you not show how many packages are left?

Because a package is only as available as its scarcer half, and that half is usually somebody else’s room. We can tell you truthfully whether an evening is open or gone; a number would be a guess.
