Our office at Herrengasse 5, 1010 Wien
There is a door you can walk through, a counter, and a person behind it. That is half of what this company is.
The counter
Herrengasse 51010 Wien| Monday | 10:00–18:00 |

These hours are what the collection deadline on your order is calculated from. On a night the counter runs later or shuts earlier, your order already says so — it is worked out per performance rather than assumed.
This address is one setting. Change it once and this page, the footer, every email, every invoice and the structured data on every page change with it — including the label on the map above.
What the counter is for
Buy
A ticket, in person
Buying a ticket in person, with a fiscal receipt.
Collect
Printed cards
Collecting a printed card for an opera night or a gala. Collection closes earlier on the day of a performance, and that deadline is printed on your order.
Return
A card before a refund
Returning a printed card before a refund or a date change — a card in your hands can still be used at the door.
Ask
Anything about a booking
A change, a question about a walk’s meeting point, a receipt — answered by the person in front of you.
One thing the counter is not: a voucher-exchange queue. An e-ticket never needs collecting — the QR, the wallet pass and the PDF all exist at checkout. What is collected here is the physical exception: printed cards for an opera night or a gala.
One thing to know
Our own walks meet in the city
The guided walks we run ourselves meet at their own points — Albertinaplatz or Michaelerplatz, a few minutes on foot from this counter — and the exact spot is printed on the walk’s page and on your reservation.
Questions people ask at the door
Answered by the people behind the counter.
- What can I do at the counter?
- Buy a ticket, collect a printed card, ask a question and get an answer from the person in front of you.
- Do I need an appointment to collect a card?
- No. Come during opening hours with your order number. Collection closes earlier on the day of a performance, and that deadline is printed on your order.
- Can you post my ticket?
- No. Printed cards are collected here or delivered free to your hotel, and never posted — a card in the post is a card that can go missing on the one night it matters.
- Are you open on public holidays?
- Not on every one. Where a holiday changes the hours, the collection deadline on your order already takes it into account, so the date you are given is the date that applies.
- Is the office accessible?
- Write to us or send a WhatsApp message before you come and we will tell you exactly what to expect at the door rather than making a general claim here.
- Do you take cash?
- Yes, at the counter. Online the payment goes through our payment provider and your card is charged at checkout.
