Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellation
One window, stated once, and a date on every line so you never have to apply a rule.
One rule, product by product
If we cannot supply
Refunded in full, immediately
For any reason, at any distance from the date, the affected line is refunded in full. The 48-hour limit exists to bound a change of mind; it has no application when we cannot supply.
We start it, not you
Event tickets
Fourteen days, never inside 48 hours
Refundable until fourteen days after you bought it, or until 48 hours before the performance — whichever comes first. The date is printed before you pay.
One window, every product
Shop goods
Fourteen days from delivery
The statutory fourteen days start on delivery, not on purchase, so that line’s date is written when the parcel arrives.
A different clock, stated
Gift cards
Fourteen days, while unredeemed
A gift card is refundable within fourteen days while it is completely unredeemed.
Unredeemed only
Printed cards
The card comes back first
A printed card has to come back to us before the money goes out — the card in your hand can still be presented at the door.
The card travels first
Packages
The failed part, exactly
A package refunds exactly the value of the part that failed while the rest of your evening stands.
The rest of the evening stands
The window
An event ticket is refundable until fourteen days after you bought it, or until 48 hours before the performance — whichever comes first. Buy a month out and you have the full fortnight. Buy ten days out and the performance binds. Buy for tonight and there was never a window, which is why the date is printed before you pay rather than after.
Shop goods run on a different clock: the statutory fourteen days start on delivery, not on purchase, so that line’s date is written when the parcel arrives. A gift card is refundable within fourteen days while it is completely unredeemed. A cart carrying two of these shows two different dates against two lines, and that is correct.
When the failure is ours
The 48-hour limit exists to bound a change of mind. It has no application when we cannot supply. If we cannot supply what you bought — for any reason, at any distance from the date — the affected line is refunded in full and immediately, and a package refunds exactly the value of the part that failed while the rest of your evening stands.
A release is not a refund
Where a payment was never completed, nothing is refunded because nothing was taken. That is recorded as €0.00 and described in those words rather than dressed up as money coming back.
How a refund is made
- To the card you paid with. Never to another card, and never as a voucher or a credit.
- Started the same day, landing in three to five bank days.
- A printed card has to come back to us before the money goes out — the card in your hand can still be presented at the door.
- Nothing on this site refunds automatically. A person moves money, every time.
Asked every week
How do I see my refund date?
It is printed on each line of your order and on your order page, as a date. You never have to work the rule out yourself.
Why is the date different on two lines of one order?
Because the rules are different. An event ticket counts from purchase and stops 48 hours before the performance; shop goods count from delivery. A cart carrying both shows both dates.
Can I get a refund inside 48 hours of the performance?
Not for a change of mind. If the failure is ours, yes, in full and immediately — the 48-hour limit does not apply when we are the ones who could not supply.
Where does the money go?
Back to the original payment method, always. Sending it anywhere else is refused by the system, not merely discouraged.
I have a printed card. What changes?
The card has to be back with us before a refund is made, because a card in your hands can still be used at the door. Bring it to the office or arrange collection, and the refund follows.
How long does a refund take to arrive?
We start it the same day. Banks take three to five working days after that, and that part is not ours to speed up.
