The code works on everything we sell: concerts, opera and gala nights, the carriage, the day trips, the shop.

The balance stays honest
Spend part of it and the remainder stays on the card, under the same code. Nothing is rounded away and nothing is converted into a voucher with rules attached.

- €0.00. A card buys its face value in tickets — nothing is taken off the top, on the way in or on the way out.
- Expiry
- None. The balance waits on the card until it is spent.
- Part-spent
- The remainder stays on the card and keeps its code. If an evening costs more, the difference is charged at checkout in the same payment.
- Refunds
- Within fourteen days while completely unredeemed, to the payment method that bought it. A booking paid with a card refunds to the card balance.

The difference is charged at checkout in the same payment. The card is applied first, and the balance you owe is shown before you pay.

Within 14 days, while it is completely unredeemed, back to the payment method that bought it. If the card has already been delivered we tell the recipient, because somebody who was given something should not simply find it gone.

Back onto the card it came from, at the value it was redeemed at. Money never changes instrument on the way back — that is the same rule that sends a card refund to the card.
