Talk to a person
Four ways, and all of them end at somebody who can actually change something.
Four ways to reach the desk
WhatsApp — fastest
+43 1 934 66 40
The fastest route during office hours. Send the order number if you have one. There is no light here saying somebody is online, because nothing measures it — what we can promise is that the thread reaches a person who can change your booking, refund it, or tell you honestly that they cannot.
Telephone
+43 1 934 66 40
The same number, during office hours — a human, not a menu.
On the night
Your ticket page carries an “I’m running late” button on the day of the event.
It goes to a person, not a form.
In person
Our office counter
Every day 10:00–18:00
In person, during opening hours. This is also where printed cards are collected.

Asked at the desk
Answered at the Vienna Evening counter.
- How quickly will you answer?
- During office hours, usually quickly. We do not publish a response time, because a number we could break on a gala week is worse than no number at all.
- Can I change my booking by message?
- You can ask, and we will do it. Where a change can be self-service it is on your own booking page, and where it cannot — a printed card already in your hands — the reason is printed there instead of a disabled button.
- What if I am running late on the night?
- Your ticket page has an “I’m running late” button on the day of the event. It reaches a person, not a form.
- Do you answer in German?
- Yes — German and English at the counter and on WhatsApp. The site itself publishes in five languages.
- Where do I send a complaint?
- To us first, by email or at the counter, and a person reads it. You may also go straight to the Austrian authorities; you are not obliged to come to us first.
- Something on this site is hard for me to use. Who do I tell?
- Tell us, the same way. We test the booking path from a keyboard by hand and we still expect you to find things we have not.
