Pick the evening, not the logistics
One booking, one price for both halves. You choose the date and the category in the room’s own names; the pairing is ours to arrange.

One confirmation, all timings
A single order carries the whole evening, and where an order has more than one moment the confirmation lays them out as a day plan, in order.

If one half cannot be supplied
That part is refunded at exactly the value allocated to it and the rest of your order stands. We say we could not supply it; we never quietly hand you a different evening.

A date change moves both halves
Changing the date moves every component of the package together, in one step, so the dinner never ends up on a different night from the concert.
Seats together — where we promise it, and where we do not
Where the seats themselves are what you bought, your party sits together and that is guaranteed. Where a room assigns seats inside a category, we place your party on one order and ask the venue to seat you together — and put it right if it does not. Where a room seats freely, nobody assigns a seat at all and we make no promise about where you sit; those pages say so.
