Your cookie choices
Five purposes, plainly named. One of them is the site working at all; the other four are ours to justify and yours to refuse. Refusing takes the same single click as accepting, and you can change your mind on any page of this site — the link sits in the footer, permanently.
Your record on this device
No choice recorded yet — only the essential purposes are running.

What we set, and why
The four rules this surface obeys
01
Equal weight, always
Accept, reject and choose are one size, one typeface, one border. Nothing is bigger, brighter or lower-contrast than its neighbour.
02
Nothing pre-ticked
Every optional purpose starts off. No “legitimate interest” toggles hiding a second consent list behind the first.
03
Leaving is as easy as arriving
A permanent footer link on every page, one click to withdraw everything non-essential. No support email, no form.
04
Asked once, not on a schedule
The banner appears once per device per consent version. It returns only when the list of purposes actually changes.
On the money path
Consent is settled before anybody reaches the payment step
A guest with money on the table does not get a dialog over the card field. If somebody arrives straight at checkout with no record on this device, the ask docks beneath the form as a slim strip: the same three choices, the same weights, no scrim, never modal, and gone once the pay button is armed.
- Essential purposes carry the order; they need no permission and are never in the strip.
- No scrim, no focus trap, nothing that can swallow a keystroke meant for the card field.
- Once the pay button is armed the strip does not appear at all — it waits for the confirmation.
- The terms version and the locale go on the order itself, which is a contract record, not a cookie choice.
How Google is told your answer
Consent Mode
We use Basic Consent Mode
Nothing from Google loads until you answer, and nothing at all if you decline. Configured today: Basic. It is a setting rather than something written into the site, so a change is one value and no code.
What we don’t do
- No consent wall — the site is readable and bookable whatever you answer.
- No scroll, no click, no “continuing means you agree”. Consent is a button being pressed.
- No vendor-default sizing landing on our pages in someone else’s typeface.
- No cookie counts or “partners” lists in place of a reason.
- No re-asking a guest who said no, on the day they travel.
