The building
The winter palace of the Habsburgs. Its Ceremonial Hall — where Joseph II received Mozart — hosts the orchestra’s Hofburg nights.
Herrengasse (U3) and Volkstheater (U2, U3) are a few minutes on foot; the Ceremonial Hall is reached from the inner courtyard, off Heldenplatz.
Our own counter is at Herrengasse 5, 1010 Wien, 10:00–18:00, if you would rather collect a ticket from a person than from an inbox.

Yes, free, until 48 hours before, for the same category, up to twice. If the new date costs more you pay the difference; if it costs less, your original price stands.
Fourteen days from purchase, and never inside 48 hours of the concert — whichever comes first. The exact date is printed on your order line.
We always book your party on one order and ask the hall to seat you together inside your category. If they seat you apart, tell us and we will put it right.
You are refunded in full and immediately, whatever the date, and told that we could not supply it. There is no voucher and no substitute you did not choose.
